Corporate Sales - Affinity (Channel Sales)

, ,Key roles:
Acquiring new partners & driving business from non-financial institutions and similar organisations which have enough focus on income from third party products.
- Scouting for non-BFSI B-2-C companies through which we can sell our plans/ products in bundled form or through cross-selling options.
- Channel Partner relationship – scouting, onboarding, and nurturing.
- Achieving sales and Business quality (persistency, business loss, etc) targets for assigned partners/geography.
- Implementation of overall business strategies to suit the channel dynamics for the channel partners culminating into annual numbers.
- Enabling smooth flow of information on agreed business parameters through the assigned network.
- Execute all strategic initiatives for the channel, and for any other channel that may acquire customers through similar products
- Work with Marketing, Products, Legal and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales/ acquisition plans.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience as regional or territory head of Sales/ Business Development/ Customer-Partner acquisition for Affinity business, preferably in healthcare, life and health insurance/products.
- Graduate and/or MBA with demonstrated client acquisition, retention and ability to drive sales through channel sales team
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
