Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, driving traffic to the website and for driving leads by developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the organization's services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital campaigns SEO.
  • Ability to strategize and launch Digital campaigns across Google, Meta, OTT Platforms by creating the right targeting segments.
  • Develop strategies to improve rankings of critical keywords related to the business.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to improve development of new landing pages, creating sections to improve user engagement and optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • You will also be responsible for making technical recommendations to developers.
  • Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance of the website and make recommendations for improvement.
  • You will also employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance.
  • Experience in creating media plans for SEM campaigns & have previously handled budgets > 50L.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify the latest trends and insights to optimize spends and performance.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies with new experiments and conversion tests.
  • Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in SEO and PPC (Agency experience preferred).
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and drive results.
  • Ability to obsess over customers and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience working on Wordpress.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager)
  • Experience with Branch (Preferred, not compulsory)
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate, inform, manipulate and mediate across a number of stakeholders in an organization
